Such attentive service—I received a call after my order was placed to ensure I was happy with substitutions (which turned out not to be necessary after all). The delivery process was very smooth and conscientious and was arranged for a convenient time. My mother was thrilled with her birthday flowers and the photos showed that the bouquet was even more stunning than the website sample.
