Gorgeous arrangement of flowers. My aunt LOVED them and it was a simple ordering process. The only reason for not giving 5-Stars was the price...the prices have gone up significantly since last year when I ordered them for her. Pretty expensive, in my opinion.
Grateful for the arrangement being made and delivered to her though. Thank you!

I ordered the arrangements on Wednesday evening after Exceptional Flowers was closed for Thursday delivery. It was very easy. The arrangement came on time and was beautiful.

Both my wife and I were very happy.

----
Florist's Response:

Thank you Stewart! We all appreciate your kind words and your continued business

The flowers are great, but what really stands out was the exceptional way they handled delivery. There were unexpected problems trying to deliver inside a gated community, and their delivery team handled the situation beautifully.

----
Florist's Response:

Thank you for your kind words Daniel. Lots of gated communities down here in Florida. We always get it done :)

I received a call from the lady I sent these to and she was very pleased with them. I found out she is in New Jersey until next Wednesday, but the girl staying at her house sent her a picture,
Thank you

----
Florist's Response:

Thank you Linda! We appreciate your business

We wanted to send a special bouquet quickly after learning a loved one received an unexpected diagnosis. Exceptional Flowers & Gifts went above and beyond — they carefully read my note and created the most stunning arrangement. We added truffles, and she enjoyed every single one! Their communication throughout the process, especially being on the other side of the country, made me feel completely supported. The bouquet and service truly brightened her day.

Learn more about us

Josh Laddin

I was born in Brooklyn, NY, and lived in parts of Queens and Long Island but I have spent the last 3 decades right here at home in sunny South Florida. Even at a young age, I knew I wanted to run my own business. I didn't know exactly which career path life would take me on but I knew I’d be working for myself and I’d be doing something creative. At age 17, in college and woefully uninspired, I decided to switch gears and seek out new experiences. I found an interesting opportunity at a local florist in Bayside, Queens where I grew up. This seemingly straightforward ‘job’ turned out to be the very start of my passionate 30-year career as a florist and business owner. Originally hired to take phone orders, I was quickly relieved of duty - not my forte. I was sent to the back of the shop where the floral designing took place. I started doing all of the so-called "grunt" work – the odd jobs no one else cared to do. I cleaned buckets, cut and cleaned new shipments of flowers that came in, and, after a while, I was shown some fundamentals of floral design, and I slowly started to help fill (create) some of the day's orders. I learned the names of the flowers, how to care for them, and detailed handling techniques. I learned how much the flowers cost and how the cost would fluctuate based on the quality of the product and the change of seasons. I ended up getting that education after all, and then some. I worked as a full-time designer at two Florists in New York before relocating to Florida in 1990. I spent the next two years working as a designer for top Florists in and around Boca Raton and Delray Beach...until I was ready to fulfill that boyhood dream. In 1992, with some support from mom and dad, I opened Exceptional Flowers and Gifts. For more than 33 years now, my team and I have been providing the highest-quality floral arrangements and unique and modern floral designs, blended with truly exceptional customer service and value. Our empathetic, compassionate, and giving nature allows us to channel the emotions and sentiments of our customers and incorporate those feelings into our designs and all we do for our loyal clients no matter the occasion. We give with our hearts and it shows in our work :) - Josh Laddin - Owner and Florist at Exceptional Flowers and Gifts

Frequently Asked Questions - FAQs

Are the Flower arrangements on your site Real or AI?

We believe you should know exactly what you're ordering. The majority of the floral arrangements featured on our website are actual arrangements designed and created by our talented team in our shop. To showcase our flowers in the best possible way, we use modern AI photography technology to enhance the finished images and create attractive staging backgrounds. The AI is used to improve the presentation of the photograph—not to create the floral arrangement itself. What you see is a real floral design, made by us, with the photography professionally enhanced to give you a beautiful idea of how your arrangement will look. Because every arrangement is handcrafted, individual flowers, colors, and details may vary slightly depending on seasonal availability. We always strive to create something beautiful that captures the spirit and quality of the arrangement you selected. Real flowers. Real designs. Made by us. Beautifully presented.
