A little background-We are located in upstate NY. My SIL was celebrating her 70th birthday in Boca Raton and we were unable to be there. I contacted Exceptional Flowers via their website and explained that we were saddened to miss this happy time with our family and we were hopeful an arrangement of fresh blooms would represent us well in our absence. We wanted to send our love Ladies and Gentlemen, Josh went above and beyond for us! The bouquet he thoughtfully designed and created was just beautiful and the personal attention I received (i.e., he sent pix of the final product) made the interaction a very positive and pleasant experience.
