Delivery was on-time and the plant delivered was very pretty, however, the planter/bowl was different than what was pictured. The multicolor is what caught my eye and the main reason I made that selection. What was received was a fairly simple white and gold bowl. The recipient likes it, so, it's okay. I assume you were out of the one pictured, I just wish I had been informed of that fact. It will not prevent me from using you again. ---- Florist's Response: Hi and my apologies for the inconvenience. Each product has a substitution policy. I really appreciated the pic prior to it being delivered because it was not truly what I had ordered. It was a different pot, which I did not like, and the plant arrangement was smaller and thinner than shown in the picture that I had chosen. However, Antonio (who I was texting with) was very accommodating to my wants and offered a totally different arrangement (which ended up being flowers, not a plant). And we tweaked it until I was happy. So, the service and desire to make me happy was excellent but i deducted one star because the picture that I had originally wanted and ordered was not the same as what I ordered. Nicest people who went above and beyond to be extra kind to someone in bereavement. Highest recommendation for the beautiful arrangement and much gratitude for the special assistance getting the planter where it was supposed to be.
