I wished to send flowers to my sister-in-law who was in Florida for the winter and I live in West Texas. I googled florists in area and found Exceptional Flowers & Gifts. I ordered off their website. It was easy and quick to do. The flowers and birthday message were delivered as promised on the proper day. They did a good job and my sister-in-law called to praise the beautiful bouquet she received. I would recommend the fine work of this florist. The only shock was the exorbitant delivery fee they charged to do so! ---- Florist's Response: We appreciate the kind words and we are glad you enjoyed the flowers as we made them extra nice for you. Our delivery charge is in line with all other local florists in the area. We have to take special care when delivering flower arrangements in glass vases, vehicles must be properly equipped and deliveries must be coordinated to ensure efficient and successful delivery. It is a lot that goes into the process and what we charge our customers is what we are charged by the delivery service we currently utilize.
In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
