Flower Care....
Every Tuesday we get a standing order of flowers. Boxes and boxes straight from the ground of the farms to our shop. We process and clean each and every stem. We recut and dip the stems in a special liquid which helps to hydrate the flowers. The flowers are then separated by type and placed into buckets of water in our large industrial cooler. During the flower making process the designers dip, recut, and arrange the flowers in a clean, clear, glass vases or other containers. The flowers are then sprayed with a special product which increases the lifespan of the flowers before they go out for delivery. During the processing phase after the flowers are all cut and put in buckets and they have been in the industrial cooler for about a week we then remove each and every 5 gallon water bucket from the cooler (ranges from 15-30 buckets) and recut/throw away the flowers that are not up to our quality of standard.
Customer Service....
Every single day we have customers who we go above and beyond for. As a COURTESY we use our personal cell phones to take pictures for customers whether it be a $40 arrangement or a $400 arrangement, so that they can share the beauty of the work that we do and be made aware of the art and soul we put into the work that leaves our shop. Josh the business owner is beyond generous a will always add few extra flowers for a person who has passed away, a customer who is having a rough day, or just someone who is simply on a tight budget. In the case that a customer has flowers that die. We offer a 24HR guarantee and we will replace anything that is not up to par. Although, many of times in the past we have corrected orders past that time frame based on circumstances and the goodness of our hearts. The corporate working world as well as other florists have lost their sense of compassion, empathy & humanity. For us it is about the business just as much as it is about making people happy.
About us...
We are a self-owned business made up of a team of compassionate, talented, knowledgeable, kind- hearted people. The qualities and personality traits each one of us has compliments the other to the point where in the past year we have seen almost ZERO complaints. Antonio does everything from taking pictures, doing deliveries, cleaning flowers, moving buckets, ordering supplies, taking out trash, answering phones, dealing with customers and does so all at once while maintaining a positive vibe for his team. Kim the lead designer goes over and above with every arrangement she makes. She adds stones to the bottom of vases, extra ribbons, extra flowers and other random creative accents. Her ability to make something worth $50 look as if it is worth $100 is unmatched in my experience working with her and other designers. She has been doing it practically her whole life with over 40 years of experience. Josh the owner handles everything on the back end and has done everything we do now for years prior. Highly intelligent, witty, & good hearted he puts his thought and expertise into picking the flowers for each arrangement and even adds extra based on the circumstances of the customer. A quality no other florist has.
