Our protocol

When we have an order that is unsatisfactory we will pick up and replace the entire arrangement, issue refunds, or deliver a wrapped flower arrangement. Depending on the situation and circumstances we will exercise one of the following options. This policy only applies to legitimate issues for up to 24-48 hours. This will ensure customer satisfaction.
