Instructions for Canadian Customers

It has recently been brought to our attention that some of our customers with a Canadian billing address were having issues completing their orders through our website. We have found a work around and it follows as below...

for Canadian customers (and, I believe European customers as well) so long as the rest of their billing address is correct, they can skip the Zip Code field and this should allow their order to be placed.
