Hey everyone!
Inflation has wreaked havoc in our industry. Fuel costs and skyrocketing inflation has increased my costs on my flowers up to 100%
We lowered our markups and tried to absorb as much as we can. Simply stated, our money doesn't go as far as it did, only a few years ago.
Just know that we all give a damn, we all care. Each arrangement consists of handpicked florals to an exact, and in most cases more than, a specific dollar amount.
I promise you I am one of the few in this industry that know the "Tri Fecta" , Business, Designing and Marketing. You will and do get your money's worth, each and every time.
We buy some of our product, like roses and hydrangea, in cases, from reputable farms and growers.
We take what we do very seriously. Our flowers are fresh and of a very high quality. Flowers are no different than anything else you buy.
Flowers have different grades of quality. They are better grown in some places over other places. When it comes right down to it, flowers are expensive simply because its expensive to get them from where they grow, to my coolers.
We've been in business for 30 years. An almost impossibility for many. We've survived it all here. And it has more to do with who we are as people. And we say it with our flowers.
Quality means something. It means a lot to me because I know what it takes to make that money to pay for the flowers. I appreciate each and every one of you. And just know that we/ I would never send out anything undervalued. We count it all and in most cases add flowers if need by. We provide value, as well as a unique customer experience. Something that is rare these days. A knowledgeable, empathetic, friendly staff, who truly care : )
