We strive for perfection here at Exceptional Flowers & Gifts, but at the end of the day we are only human. Sometimes mistakes happen and we do our best to have a "customer is always right" mentality. Broken flowers, dead flowers, and any other wrongful or non-delivery will be rectified immediately on our behalf.

In the case of customer error our mindset stays the same. We accept any fault for mistakes made on either end. Our team finds that this is room for good karma, great customer service, and the cost is minimal. Customers, for the most part end up pleased with our ability to compromise and make swift adjustments in order to reamplify the almost dampened effects of a simple mistake.

We simply just love what we do. We are honest. We are passionate. We are empathetic. We know our industry. And we try our absolute best!
